1. Examinee must enter the examination room with their admission ticket and passport
2. Admission ticket:
After successfully registering for the "paper-based test", approximately 15 days before the test date, you can receive the registration confirmation message, and you can print the test admission ticket on the registration website or get the test admission ticket at the registered test center.
After successfully registering for the “online test”, about 9 days before the test date, they can receive the registration confirmation message, and they can print the test admission ticket on the registration website or receive the test admission ticket at the registered test center
The content of the admission ticket includes the candidate's name, nationality, gender, certificate type and number, test subjects, test time, test center name, test location, and instructions for the test site, etc.
After the candidate receives the admission ticket, please carefully check whether the information on the admission ticket is correct. The name, gender, date of birth, and ID number on the admission ticket must be consistent with the valid ID, otherwise you will not be allowed to take the exam.
If the information on the admission ticket is wrong, please do not change it yourself. After the examiner verifies that the information is indeed incorrect on the day of the examination, it shall be changed under his supervision and the examiner shall sign and prove it on the admission ticket, otherwise the examination will be invalid.
The admission ticket is a certificate for entering the examination room when taking the test. After the test, examinee need to keep the admission ticket. The test admission ticket must be presented when receiving transcripts and certificates, and the test admission ticket number is generally required when using value-added services such as online score query and reissue of transcripts.
3. Admission photos:
For all examinations that require photos, the preparation and use of photos should be carried out in accordance with the following requirements:
Photo style requirements:
-recent photos without a hat against a white background
-Both black and white or color photos are acceptable
-Ask the examinee to display the front of the examinee and confirm that his face is clear
-The photo shows the upper part of the head and shoulders
If the examinee provides an electronic photo:
Electronic photo file specifications:
• Format: JPG/JPEG
• File size: 100KB or less
Upload electronic photos:
After the candidate logs in to the registration website, follow the instructions to upload an electronic photo, and the photo will appear on the candidate's admission ticket and the one that may be obtained after the exam
above the corresponding certificate. Candidates who upload electronic photos no longer need to prepare paper photos.
If the candidate provides paper photos:
Paper photo specifications:
• Quantity: 2 sheets
• Size: 40mm×30mm (standard two inches)
• Note on the back of the photo: name, test site code and candidate serial number
Examinee who fail to provide electronic photos, please prepare 2 paper photos according to the above requirements.
After getting the admission ticket, paste it on the correct position of the admission ticket, and give the other photo to the invigilator responsible for identity verification when you enter the venue on the day of the test.
4. Bring test supplies:
1. Candidates who take the "paper and pencil test" must bring:
-Admission ticket
-Personal photo ID (ID, passport or residence permit)
- pencils (more than two)
- Rubber
2. Candidates who can take the "online test" must bring their passports and admission tickets when they enter the venue on the day of the test.
Do not bring:
tape recorders, cameras, dictionaries, MP3s, mobile phones, pagers, portable computers, notebooks, textbooks and other supplies unrelated to the test.
5. Admission time and admission documents:
Generally, admission starts 30 minutes before the start of the exam. Candidates should arrive at the exam room early to avoid being late.
Once a candidate is late for the listening test, the candidate is not allowed to enter the examination room and must wait for the reading test to start. Those who are late for more than 35 minutes will be disqualified for the exam.
Candidates must present the test admission ticket and the required ID provided at the time of registration when entering the test room. The name on the ID must be exactly the same as the name registered on the test admission ticket. The photo on the certificate must be the candidate who can be identified, that is, the photo and his face Unanimous.
After entering the examination room, candidates must put the admission ticket and ID card on the upper right of the table for inspection by the supervisor and invigilators at any time.
Candidates who cannot provide the required documents or hold any false documents when entering the venue will be refused to take the exam and the exam fee will not be refunded
6. Intermission and exit:
You are generally not allowed to leave in the middle of the test. If there are special reasons, candidates need to leave in the middle of the test. They must be approved by the examiner. Before leaving the examination room, the test admission ticket must be handed over to the chief examiner.
7. Examination room rules:
Each candidate must sit in a designated seat, and candidates have no right to choose a seat;
Food and beverages are not allowed during the test;
Candidates are not allowed to open test papers in advance, answer questions across different areas, cannot tear, replace, or transcribe the content of the test papers, and cannot take the test papers and answer sheets out of the examination room or conduct other cheating.
8. Emergency handling:
1) Candidates are unfairly treated due to management errors in the examination room, such as insufficient examination time, damaged examination papers, damaged examination equipment, etc., which cause candidates to be unable to complete the examination. Hankao International will arrange for candidates to retake the examination for free as soon as possible, and will not bear any indirect losses. make up.
2) Due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, accidents, which force the examination to be impossible, Hankao International will arrange a retry as soon as possible, or refund the examination fee in full, and will not bear any indirect loss compensation.
9. Candidates are absent from the exam:
If a candidate does not take the test due to reasons other than the test organizer on the day of the test, the result shall be borne by the test taker. Hankao International is not responsible for re-arranging the test for the test taker and the test fee will not be refunded.
10. Violation and punishment:
During the examination process, if any examinee is cheating, such as: taking the examination, plagiarizing, plagiarizing, entraining or peeking relevant materials during the examination, etc., the examiner has the right to refuse the examinee to continue the examination or record it on the examination report. Have the right to cancel their test scores and reserve the right to refuse the candidate to participate in all examinations at the Confucius Institute Headquarters of Hanban.
11. Regarding changes to registration
For registrations that have booked an exam date but have not paid the fee, candidates can change or cancel their registration without restriction.
For applications that have already paid the fees, candidates must make changes in accordance with the following regulations.
1. What's changed
Changing the exam registration includes modifying personal information and selecting a new exam date. The scheduled test location (test center) and the test subject (level) that you apply for cannot be changed.
2. How to change
You can change it by logging in to the Chinese test service website or contact the test center to change it on your behalf.
3. Change the range of exam dates
It can be changed to any test of the same subject (level) held by the selected test center in the current year. If the registered test center cannot meet the candidates' requirements (including dates, subjects, seats, etc.), the candidates can choose to abandon the change or apply to cancel the registration.
4. Time limit and cost of change
Before the registration deadline (including the day of the deadline): Candidates can make changes for free. If the examinee has already printed the admission ticket, he must print it again after changing his or her personal information.
After the registration deadline to 10 days before the test (including the 10th day): Candidates applying for changes during this period must pay a change handling fee of 30% of the test fee in advance.
Within 10 days before the test (excluding the 10th day): No more applications for registration changes will be accepted.
12. Correction of information input errors
Before the registration deadline, for minor information errors in the candidate's registration information, candidates can correct themselves online or contact the test center to correct them on their behalf.
After the registration deadline until the day of the test, candidates can only contact the test center to make corrections. This service is free. However, after the examination, applications for correction will no longer be accepted.
Minor information input errors include:
Ø Misspelled name
Ø Nationality information is wrong
Ø Incorrect gender information
Ø Photo change
*Name spelling errors only refer to obvious mistakes in the process of inputting information. Name changes with large differences must be carried out in accordance with the regulations in "Registration Changes". Hankao International has the right to identify and reject applications for correction of names with large differences.
*After the information is updated, please reprint the test admission ticket or contact the test center to receive a new test admission ticket.
13. Cancellation of registration and refund
After the registration deadline, the registration of candidates who have not paid the fees will be automatically cancelled.
To cancel the registration of candidates who have paid the fees, they need to be processed in accordance with the following relevant regulations:
1) Before the registration deadline (including the day of the deadline): Candidates log on to the Chinese language test service website to submit a cancellation application by themselves or contact the test center to apply on their behalf, and the full test fee can be refunded according to the method specified by the test center.
2) After the registration deadline to 10 days before the test (including the 10th day): Candidates log in to the Chinese test service website or contact the test center to apply for cancellation of registration, and they can get a 50% refund of the full test fee according to the method designated by the test center.
3) Less than 10 days before the test (excluding the 10th day): No more applications for cancellation of registration will be accepted, and the test fee will no longer be refunded.
Note: The approved rebate will be returned to the test taker by the test center within 60 days after the end of the test. If additional fees such as bank handling fees are incurred due to rebates, they will be deducted from the refund.
